We have many years of experience supporting Chinese companies with their activities in Austria. Our partners have studied and worked in China. Our clients range from Chinese state-owned organizations and listed concerns to wealthy individuals. We provide all of the services that Chinese companies would expect in Austria, from immigration law to M&A. Furthermore, we offer this support in Mandarin.

FINTECH & PAYMENTS

MOSER LEGAL advises several of the leading payment service providers and fintechs in Austria. Moreover, we represent several European banks in their domestic activities. We offer comprehensive advice in all contentious and non-contentious matters and have many years of experience in advising banks and payment service providers. In addition to our advisory work, we prepare legal opinions for our clients and represent them in official proceedings, particularly before the Financial Market Authority.

PRIVATE CLIENTS

We represent private individuals in all matters relating to inheritance law, whether in court or out of court. Our aim in inheritance law is to achieve a result that is financially advantageous for our clients whilst preserving relationships as far as possible. We only recommend litigation if it is professionally justifiable and other methods have proved fruitless. REAL ESTATE

MOSER LEGAL advises several property developers and property management companies on the construction and ongoing management of their real estate. Besides the traditional contractual handling of construction projects, we also represent our clients in court. Our experience from a wide variety of issues in the construction and real estate sector allows us to strike just the right balance between legal enforcement and economic efficiency that is essential in this field. We have handled more than one hundred real estate projects in recent years and therefore have considerable experience in this area.
