FINTECH & PAYMENTS
MOSER LEGAL advises several of the leading payment service providers and fintechs in Austria. Moreover, we represent several European banks in their domestic activities. We offer comprehensive advice in all contentious and non-contentious matters and have many years of experience in advising banks and payment service providers. In addition to our advisory work, we prepare legal opinions for our clients and represent them in official proceedings, particularly before the Financial Market Authority.
